What's on my dressing table?

Here's a look at my dressing table. Fun fact about my dressing table: It's about 10 years old. Yes. this bad boy has n number of  scratches, chips, nail polish stains and nail polish remover stains on it. And guess what? I'm not planning on replacing it anytime soon. Vintage? I think so! :D

Cat eye makeup tutorial

                                                                         

After getting so many requests via email, my Facebook page and Instagram, I've finally had the time to film my eye make up tutorial. I'm not that great at editing so hope you guys are okay with the poor quality. Hopefully my next video will be better.

Rewind to November 2011, Bahrain Fashion Week

I never really got a chance to blog about my proudest moment. Bahrain Fashion Week 2011 was by far the best experience of my life. Ever since, my design and fashion career have only gotten better.

It all began when I was selected among many young designers from Bahrain and Saudi to showcase at the event. The next 2 weeks after my selection was crazy busy -Tailoring, dress fittings, interviews and lots of chit chat between designers. It was beautiful chaos.

After a night full of glamour, press, fun, partying and a few magazine articles, it was all over. But in my mind, the memory is still fresh.

Video Tutorial: My top knot secret revealed.

A lot of my readers and FB page members have asked me how I keep my top knot so high and perfect. Well, here's how :)

Because its my first video EVER, the picture quality is not that great and you might find it hard to read, but hey, watch on...Its super easy and takes only 2 minutes. 

The hair tongs ( I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE ACTUALLY CALLED ) are available in Hair care boutiques and even small thrifty stores in Manama and Gudaibiya.
